We have the Meats!
We’ve got you covered for Easter weekend family dinner: our next Pack fundraiser is a BBQ sale.
How you can help:
- Buy some meat! It’s all great and freezes well. If every family in our Pack buys just one item, that’s nearly $3,000 in sales that goes towards our Pack’s expenses and helps keep our annual dues down.
- Ask your family, co-workers, and friends to consider supporting our Pack by placing an order. Remember: we’re selling support for our program , not just delicious meats.
- We are not allowed to ask for donations, however, donations are accepted if someone offers that instead of making a purchase.
What you need to know:
- Each item costs $40, but that is reduced to $35 per item when the same individual buys two or more.
- Download and print the order form and sales receipt.
- Please provide customers with a BBQ Receipt with each purchase. It also serves as a reminder for the pick up time and location.
- Order forms are due by Thursday, March 30, to Terry at tawhitaker@bellsouth.net.
- Customers should pay you directly when they place their order. You should make a single payment to the pack: payment is due on or before March 30 by cash or check (preferred), or via PayPal to admin@pack23tallahassee.com. Please ensure all payments are marked “BBQ Sale” and please include your cub scout’s name.
- Customer pickup will be Saturday, April 8, from 3-4 p.m. at KUMC via drive thru (the back of the Fellowship Hall). We will need volunteers for this – contact Terry at 770-755-8667 or tawhitaker@bellsouth.net if you can help.
- For questions, also contact Terry at tawhitaker@bellsouth.net.
